In Week 1, we lay the foundation for momentum. The start is often the hardest—your thoughts feel crowded, reminders pop up without warning, and even simple tasks can feel heavy. It can be hard to see how to reclaim yourself when so much has shifted. Our focus is practical: steady yourself one moment at a time. We work through real-life situations—the unexpected phone call, the tense conversation, the memory that surfaces. As you practice, you’ll start to feel more like yourself at work, with your kids, and in daily life. You’ll notice small, meaningful wins day by day, and with them, you’ll grow in confidence and hope.
